Olympus Feta Cheese
My favorite is the goat's milk one from Olympus. It's crumbly but slightly creamy. It's pleasantly salty. If you don't like goat dairy, their sheep's milk feta is just as good.
I also like that they have 150g packages, very suitable for 2 people.
I use this cheese in salads (even Greek salad, in cucumber salad), on grilled pita, on dakos, in pies (zucchini with cheese, spinach tart, spinach pie), cheese roulade, I grate it on polenta with cheese, in cheese-stuffed peppers, in saganaki (with mussels or eggplant).
